How to Measure

Use a soft measuring tape and stand in a natural, relaxed position. Keep the tape level with the floor and comfortably snug against your body without pulling it tight. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping your feet together.
